Patrick Sylva, 42, of Kula, passed away on November 14, 2016 at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. He was born on March 17, 1974 in Wailuku.
He worked at the Pukalani Golf Course as Lead Maintenance.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2016, at Ballard Family Mortuary in Kahului, service will begin at 11 a.m.
Family requests casual attire and to please limit flowers to lei only.
Patrick is survived by his wife, Mandy Sylva; son, Kulika Sylva; daughter, Sheridan Kailiehu; parents, Alan Sylva and Anna Jarnesky Sylva; brother, Calvin (Dianti) Sylva; nephews, Caleb and Colten Sylva; and niece, Caitlyn Sylva.
