A Celebration of Life will be held at Hale O Na Kaula Church, 262 Anuhea Pl, Makawao on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 10:00am.
Thomas is survived by his mother, Ruth Partyka; two sisters, Shirley McCabe and Nancy Coxe; daughter, Kim Partyka; two sons, Tommy and Kevin Partyka; granddaughter, Kaya McEntire. He is predeceased by his father, Elmer Partyka.
