John Franklin Fernandez, 72, of Haiku, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2017 at his home.
Services honoring Mr. Fernandez will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Kanaha Beach Park - Canoe Hale.
Nakamura Mortuary is assisting with arrangements.
John was born on December 11, 1944 in Paia, Maui.
He was a retired bus driver with Ekahi Tours.
He is survived by his brothers, Thomas and James Fernandez; sisters, Julia Akoi and Clara Panella.
