Narue Nitahara, 88 of Pukalani, passed away at home under the care of Islands Hospice on February 23, 2017, with her loving family by her side. Services honoring Mrs. Nitahara were held privately at her request.
Nakamura Mortuary assisted with arrangements.
She was a long-time member of Makawao Hongwanji.
She is survived by son, Lloyd (Joney) Nitahara, daughters, Laura Asato, Joanne (Russell) Araujo, & Faith (Larry) Oshiro, 8 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
