Takeshi Sakane, 84
Takeshi Sakane, 84, passed away peacefully at his home in Kahului on February 24, 2017.
Services honoring Mr. Sakane will be held on March 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Maui Veterans Cemetery.
Nakamura Mortuary is assisting with arrangements.
Takeshi Sakane was born on July 14, 1932 in Kahului.
He was the youngest of six siblings. He married Lilyan Tokunaga and had a daughter.
In his spare time, he enjoyed going to Las Vegas, playing ukulele and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandsons.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his daughter, Debra Alboro; grandsons, David James Alboro and Jason Curtis Alboro.
