Thomas Patrick Soliben, 53 of Paia, Maui passed away on March 27, 2017 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born on December 24, 1963 in Wailuku, Maui.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 at Holy Rosary Church in Paia from 8:30am to 10:30am; with service over urn to begin at 11:00am.
Scattering of ashes will be held at a later date.
Thomas is survived by mother, Mary Soliben; daughter, HeatherLyn Gray; son, Patrick Mykal Soliben; grandsons, Jaeden and Dean Soliben; brothers, Larry and William Soliben; sisters, Rebecca (Ernesto) Serrato, Laura (Oscar) Ceballos and Esther (Ben) Sablan; 3 nieces and 5 nephews; and numerous grandnieces and grandnephews.
The family would like to thank the Paramedics, Maui Memorial Medical Center ICU Unit, doctors, and nurses, Ballard Family Mortuary staff, and also family and friends for their prayers and support during this difficult time.
