Modesto Alejandro Galiza Queja, 79, of Kahului, passed away on June 22, 2017 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Christ the King Church in Kahului, service will begin at 7 p.m.
Visitation resumes at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Christ the King Church with Mass beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park.
Modesto is survived by his wife, Lelia Queja; children, Rocie (Alex) Baguyo, Deodelyn (Nonito) Rivera, Ronelyn Queja (Joseph “Jay” Blanza), Marlyn (Allan) Teppang, Irene (Erwyn) Bala, and Rodolfo Queja (Maribel Asuncion); siblings, Marina Macadangdang, Salvador Queja, Nicomedes Queja, and Arsenio Subia; grandchildren, Buenrose, Bernadette, Selina, Keanu Bryce, Blessie, Zayden, Jeremiel Zion, Eli Ishmael, Zureal, Keisha Cherries, Kyle, and Aila Yzabelle.
