Patricia Puanani Kala, 66, of Wailuku, passed away on June 23, 2017 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born on August 14, 1950 in Puunene, Maui.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Ballard Family Mortuary, service will begin at 11 a.m., and burial will follow at 1 p.m. at Valley Isle Memorial Park in Haiku.
Patricia is survived by her sons, Joseph Maki Kala Jr., Ira (Kellyann) Kala, Malaz (Jojo) Kala; hanai sons, Armand Koga, Tyson Lono; daughters, Tootie (Moku) Kala, Shawnee (Pono) Kala, Marina (Steven) Villegas, Bay Javier, Mapu (Cheryl) Kala; hanai daughters, Trina Kuailani, Leolani Shaw, Dee Visher; sisters-in-law, Mary Hoopai, Gwen Rabanes, Esther Naeole; hanai brothers, Kako Kealoha Jr., Sheldon Kealoha, Brian Kealoha, and Calvin Young-Hu; 24 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; 5 godchildren, Jolaine Deluz, Maelyn Potter, Tiare Kawaakoa, Jarron Lono, Alia Apolo, and Destiny Cambra.
