Henrietta "Mana" is survived by her husband, Charles W. Souza; 2 children: daughter, Rachael (Ethan) Ajifu; son, Charles T. Souza and 4 grandchildren. She is also survived
by her siblings: brothers, Wayne (Sheila) Nunes and Henry (Ellen) Leoiki; sisters, Deborah (Darryl) Young and Shirley (Frank) Sanchez, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
