Deborah Lynn Prinz, 67

Deborah was born on December 10, 1950 in Oak Park, Illinois, to Robert & Alice Prinz. After earning her AA, Deborah moved to Maui where she began working as a night auditor for the Marriott – a career that would span over 34 years. It was at the Marriott that she met her love, Wayne Okada. Wayne and Deborah would later marry and cherish a lifetime of companionship, laughter, and love. They enjoyed fishing, hunting, canoeing, and traveling together. More than anything, Deborah relished in helping others. She was a generous soul, always putting others before herself, and savoring each moment of life. She always wore a smile and could be found cracking jokes and lighting up any room she walked into.

Deborah leaves behind to cherish her memory, her beloved husband, Mr. Wayne M. Okada; brothers, Roger (Lisa) Prinz of Brookfield, CT; John (Lori) Prinz of Briar, NY & Bob Prinz of Santa Clara, CA; sister, Melinda Prinz Crews of Charlottesville, VA. She is also survived by her Maui ohana, sister-in-laws, Lyn (Lester) Yamamoto & Valerie Okada; brother-in-law, Brian Okada; and many loving nieces and nephews.
