Sylvia Jean Hunt Maroney, 80
The most loving daughter, wife, sister and friend, Sylvia Jean Hunt Maroney of Makawao had passed on Thursday, May 24th, 2018 surrounded by her loved ones under the care of Hospice Maui.
She loved gardening, saving animals of all kind and her EBay account.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 1st, 2018 at Norman’s Mortuary in Wailuku from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with prayer service to begin at 6:00 p.m.
Sylvia was predeceased by her loving husband Patrick Maroney and her parents Dorothy May & Frederick Charles Hunt.
She is survived by her sister, Wendy Rowe; nephew, Darren Rowe; nieces, Kristen Williams (Matthew), Cindy Rowe; great-niece, Hailey Rowe; great-nephew, Carson Rowe and friends, Nell, Posy, Jan, Hulu and Shirley.
A heartfelt gratitude to Lucinda, Lori and Megan of Hospice Maui for their compassionate care of Sylvia during her time there.
