Edmund "Mud" Kauianui Kealaluhi, 69, of Pahoa, died on June 11th at Sharp Grossmont Hospital in El Cajon, California. Born in Honolulu, he was a veteran in the US Navy during the Vietnam War before retiring after 36 years with Anheuser-Busch.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Kealaluhi; sons, Edmund (Starr) Kealaluhi Jr., Levi (Dawn) Kealaluhi; daughter, Kasey (Keith) Amuro; grandchildren, Sharai, Malia, Jada, Emma, Kayli, Kamera and Keyz; siblings, Phillip Kealaluhi Jr., Laura (Larry) Paulson, and Marlene (Leroy) Vierra; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial services which include Military Honors, will be held on Friday, August 10th at Ballard Family Mortuary in Kahului. Visitation starts at 4:30pm and service at 5:30pm.
