Elizabeth Catherine Sheades, 86
Elizabeth Catherine Sheades, 86, of Kahului, Maui passed away peacefully on September 22, 2018 surrounded by loving family. She was born in New York City on April 01, 1932.
Elizabeth spent most of her adult life in East Haven, Connecticut. She attended Eli Whitney Technical School where she was certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She practiced geriatric nursing for many years before retiring. After retirement, she moved to Maui, where she spent many happy years at Hale Mahaolu Place.
Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband, Herbert Sheades and her brother, Frederick Levy. She is survived by her sons, Herbert Sheades and Eugene Sheades; daughters, Debra Rainer, Patricia (Tom) Bennett and Margaret (David) Kamai; and 7 grandchildren.
Elizabeth’s Family would like to give a heartfelt appreciation to Rosalani Place and to Hospice Maui for the time, attentiveness, and care given to their Mom.
Services for Elizabeth will be private, at the request of her family.
