Fredrick “Kakun” Calep, 35

Fredrick “Kukun” Calep, of Wailuku passed away on August 26, 2018 in Wailuku. He was born on November 1, 1982 in Ebeye, Marshall Islands.

Fredrick is survived by his wife, Charryl Calep; daughters, Jelinda and Jemina Calep; sons, Moses and Ken Calep; mother, Emila Calep; brothers, Jealson, Denny and Lucky Calep; sisters, Chiyako Calep, Tilna C. Heam, Meriana Calep.

He is predeceased by his father, Jebo Calep.

Visitation will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Ballard Family Mortuary. Overnight vigil will continue through Saturday with burial to follow at 10:30 a.m. at Valley Isle Memorial Park.
