Rosario Serrano Sijalbo, 64

Rosario Serrano Sijalbo, 64 of Wailuku, Maui passed away a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend on November 13, 2018. He was born in San Juan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines on May 23, 1954.

Rosario worked as a Forklift Driver at Maui Land and Pine for 35 years. He later worked for Maui County Park and Rec before retiring in 2017.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Giron Sijalbo; sons, Ryan John Sijalbo, Randy (Badam) Sijalbo; parents, Melchor and Teofila Sijalbo (deceased); brothers, Isidro Sijalbo (deceased), Benigno (Herminia) Sijalbo, Jovencio (Carmelita) Sijalbo, Alejandro (Trinidad) Sijalbo, Henry Sijalbo; sisters, Zenaida (Rodrigo – deceased) Puentes, Loreta (Amando) Baula; grandchildren, Jeryn Sijalbo, Micah Sijalbo, Kiana Anu Sijalbo, Altai Khan Sijalbo.

Visitation will be held at Norman’s Mortuary on Sunday, December 16, 2018. Viewing will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with prayer service to begin at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday, December 17, 2018 at St. Anthony Church. Viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with Mass to begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow at 12:30 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park in Wailuku.
