Charlotte Puha, 75, of Pāʻia passed away peacefully on January 05, 2019 in Kula. She was born on March 29, 1943 in Honolulu. She retired as a housekeeper.
Charlotte is survived by her children Tami Puha, Wendi (Adrian) Hoopai, Wayne Keone (Jenn) Puha Sr., Babette (Jimmy) Kahalekai; grandchildren, Kato (Ani), Leina, Jun, Anela (Kaalai) Miller & Waylen Puha, Anuhea Hoopai, Jordon Takakura-Puha, Kai & KJ Puha, James, Brandon, Derek & Zach Kahalekai, Melissa & Hollee Dela Cruz; great grandchildren, Alina, Alii & Kaspian Miller, Kaipo Kahalekai, Eden & Kash Kahoohanohano; sisters, Susan Kahana Niau, Patricia Mahealani Stone.
She is predeceased by her husband, William Kenneth Puha; parents, Charles & Susan Palakiko; son, William Lepelio (Cherleen) Puha Sr.; brother James Palakiko.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Ballard Family Mortuary. Service will begin at 11 a.m.
