Donald Matsui, 87, of Lanai City passed away on May 29, 2019 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born on October 29, 1931.
He was a retired Lanai High and Elementary School teacher, coach, and athletic director.
Donald is survived by his son Darrell (Amy) Matsui; daughter Dorrye (Howard) Mikasa; brothers, Edward Matsui and Paul Matsui; sister, Ruth Teraoka; grandchildren, Chani Matsui (Brian Nakatsu) and Kayla Mikasa.
He is predeceased by his wife, Kitoshi Matsui and son, Brian Matsui.
