Angeline M. Pakaki, 79 of Lahaina, Maui was called home on Nov 20, 2018 at MMMC, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on Jan 7, 1939 in Sacramento, California daughter of Conrad Ortega & Carmen Castro. She was a homemaker. A devoted loving, caring, strong willed, independent mother of eight children. She believed in God, loved & worshiped our heavenly father& welcomed the faith of Catholic & Christian. Services were completed to immediate family only per family request.

Angeline enjoyed music from the Oldies but Goodies, Spanish, Hawaiian, going holo holo, and dancing.
Her hobbies were fishing, crochet, traveling, cooking, swimming, keeping her house tidy daily. Her favorite color is red, she really enjoyed talking story with neighbors & friends, being with her lifetime partner Jessie Lopez.
Most of all, spending quality time & love with her children & family.
Unique traits: As a single proud parent she had a one of a kind whistle for calling her children, a fierce stance, eyes to tell a story, a voice to be reckoned with, fearless, great provider, and a can- do-attitude.
She survived by her children Sylvia Moreno, Edward Jr. Pakaki deceased, Pearl (Michael) Aki, Ernest Pakaki deceased, Anson Pakaki (Donna), Ruby (Joe) Pakaki, Myeron (Pam) Pakaki, David Pakaki. She also, leaves behind 25 grandchildren & 17 great grandchildren.
She will be dearly missed & never forgotten. Forever loved & cherished by her children & ohana.
She was lovingly cared for by her daughter Ruby Pakaki.
