Brian was a Vice President for Steamer's All Island Painting.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Brian is survived by his spouse Gail Valoroso; Son, Brian Manuel Jr. (Larrilyn), Daughter, Berenita Ayala (Daniel); Stepchildren; Keola Valoroso (Rhea), Jeremy Valoroso (Christy), Joseph Rackley; and 12 Grandchildren.
He is Predeceased by his parents Eusebio Manuel and Victoria Pagan.
