Diane Sachi Hanada, 64, passed away peacefully in Kahului, Maui on December 5, 2019 with her family and her caregiver at her side. She was born in Wailuku, Maui on May 28, 1955 to Katsumi and Fumie Hanada.
Diane is survived by her mother Fumie, sisters Gail (Danny) Kawahara, Wendy (George) Choi, niece Dana Agarano, nephews Jonathan (Kristie) Choi, David (Carly) Choi, great niece Sarah Agarano, great nephews Jacob Agarano and Nathan Choi.
Private service were held and the family requests that in lieu of Koden, donations in Diane's name be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 30560, Honolulu, Hawaii 96820-0560.
The family would like to thank Rosalie Alcon and her family, as well as Hospice Maui for their many kindnesses and caring support.
