Harry K P Luke, 96, of Makawao, Maui passed away at Hospice Maui on January 25, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Honolulu, Oahu on August 23, 1923, to parents Harry T B and Alice K Y LeeLuke. Graduated from Farrington High School.
He is survived by his sister, Mildred (Kalfred, deceased) Chun and predeceased by sister Audrey (Duke, deceased) Sue, predeceased by brothers, Richard (Edith), and Herbert (Faith, deceased).
He worked for the U S Army Logistics Command and retired as a GS-13. During that time he received the Meritorious Civilian Service Award among other commendations.
He married Eleanor Farm Luke (deceased) and had four children, Harrison (Vicki), Elliot(Barbara), Cherilyn (deceased) and Garry (Lori).
He is survived by grandchildren, Eric, Brandon & Charisse Luke (Adam Bishop), Dr. Jason Egloff (Megha Chandoke), Dr. Ellecia (Dae'Shawn) Cook and Ariana Ebesu and great grandchildren, Colton, Caden & Eric Luke, Aria Bishop, Alana and Luke Egloff, Raelynn Cook and Coty, Kaeo and Justin Luke.
He is remembered for his love of life and family.
Private services will be held on Oahu.
