Filomina “Fely” “Naki” “Tutu Lady” Atay, 88, of Kahului, Maui

Due to COVID-19, visitation/mass at Christ the King Church and scattering of ashes to be announced.

Filomina was pre-deceased by her husband, Donny Atay, and her parents, Agapito & Gaudencia Bantilan, hanai-daughter, Victoria “Vickie” Taylor and grandson, Po’ohala Atay.

She is survived by her children, Don Atay, Donna (Victor Regidor) Jones, Alika (Maile) Atay, Carlton “Boy” Atay, Denise Nishikawa and Cara (Russell) Burklin.

Tutu Lady had 16 grandchildren, Kamoi (Alyson) Atay-Cooper, Shura “Alex” (Patience) Nishikawa, Travis (Caroline) Atay, Jason (Amanda) Nishikawa, Hoala (Jessica) Atay, Keola (Lena) Nishikawa, Kehau (George) Akau, Mahie (Jen Fordyce) Atay, Kainoa (Courtney Chargin) Duarte, Shauntay (Keoni) Duey, Kapuaimilia Atay, Chad (Chelsea) Taylor, Uakea Atay, Kalei Atay, Moani Atay, Matahi Atay; and 16 great-grandchildren, Connor, Alyssa, Casey, Phoenix, Kahoku, Lawai’a, Anuhea, Chloe, Lawakua, Puanani, Damien, Ellanikole, Ka’ipoleimanu, Ka’ieweakeola, Lilinoenani, Liloakahiwahiwa.

She also leaves behind her brothers, Alexander “Alex” Bantilan, William “Willie” Bantilan and sister Loretta “Nani” Ridela.
