Stanley Kasahara Boteilho, 67
Stanley Kasahara Boteilho of Kahului, passed away surrounded by his loved ones at his place of residence on June 26, 2021.
In honor of his wishes, a private service will be held for immediate family on July 19, 2021 at Nakamura’s Motuary. His final place of rest will be at his favorite fishing spot outside of Olowalu, Lahaina, where his ashes will be scattered at a later date.
Stanley was born on January 10, 1954 at Pu’unene Hospital and resided here on Maui his whole life. He retired as a truck driver from HC&S but also worked in the Construction industry for several years, but his best job he had was being a fisherman. As an ocean lover, Stanley loved to fish and go out on his boat every chance he got. He also enjoyed golfing in his later years with his friends.
He is predeceased by his parents William and Lucy (Pruse) Boteilho, his first wife Kathleen (Castro) Boteilho and his brother Toby Boteilho.
Stanley is survived by his wife Rika (Kasahara) Boteilho, brother Gerald Boteilho, his daughters Barbara and Lisa and four grandchildren Kiara, Keanu, Khloe and Kai.
