Pauline Espanto, 98, of Lana'i. Born in Kohala on the island of Hawaii January 26, 1923 had peacefully passed on September 8, 2021 in Wailuku.
She is predeceased by her spouse Felix Espanto. She is a mother of 6 children, predeceased to Alberto (Marjory) Rabang, Survived by Edward (Phylis- Deceased) Rabang, Ronald (Lety) Rabang, Michael Sr. (Deborah) Rabang, San-dra Butzow, Claudia Preza. Survived by only living sibling Harry (Marcy) Haime. She retired from Dole Pineapple Company and also retired as a Laundry worker at a Hotel on Lana'i. She has 16 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 23 great great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Norman's Mortuary Wailuku on Friday September 24, 2021. Viewing will start at 9am til 12 noon. Service starts at 11 am. Burial to follow at Maui Memorial Park Wailuku at 12:30pm.
