Juanita P. Tabisula, 86, was born in Camestizoan, Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, and immigrated to Hawaii in 1985.
She passed away in her sleep on October 20, 2021 at Hale Makua Kahului, surrounded by her loving family. Juanita was comfortable throughout, with the care of Hale Makua & Hospice Maui staff.
Juanita is a retired employee at HC&S. She is described as a good person and a hard worker. She left behind two sons, two daughters, eight grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and other family members & friends.
The Tabisula family would like to extend their gratitude to Hale Makua Kahului and Hospice Maui for the care, love, and support; especially during the last days & hours of Juanita's life.

On Friday, November 19, 2021, a Memorial Mass will be held at Christ The King Church Kahului and will begin at 5:00pm. On Saturday, November 20, 2021, a Funeral Service will be held at Nakamura Mortuary and will begin at 9:30am. Burial to follow at 12:30pm at Maui Memorial Park.
Due to the Pandemic all who attend are required to wear mask and practice social dis-tancing for the safety of everyone.
