Albert A. Baldomir, 72, of Kahului, Maui peace-fully passed away on January 19, 2022.
Albert was born on February 20, 1949, to Richard D. Baldomir & Angela R.M. Dominczuk in Bremen, Germany. He graduated from Leilehua High School, Wahiawa, Oahu in 1968. Albert was known for his agility and style as a "Mule" QB Football player during his high school years, along with participating in self-defense boxing.
After graduating, Albert became a plumber by trade. He loved to free-dive spear fish and had a passion for cooking and wherever there was a pool table, he was always ready, up for a challenge.
Albert was predeceased by kana kupuna wahine, Simeona Balbas of Sacritan, Pinili, Ilocos Norte & kana kupuna kane, Alfred A.
Baldomir; kana makuakane, Richard D. Baldomir & kana makuahine hanai, Joyce Lee Baldomir.
He is survived by kana mau tita hanai, Lee Ann (Stanley) Doroha & Florence Bright; kana kaikamahine, Doris S. Baldomir-Suan (Samuel Jr.) Kuailani; kana mau mo'opuna, S. Kapena (Puaolena Park) Kuailani; D. Kona (Malia) Kuailani; S. Kawehionalani Kuailani; kana mau mo'opuna nui, Bella K. Kuailani, Kanoa K. Kuailani, Keahonui K. Kuailani, Ka'ananalu W. Kuailani, Ka'iwaokapaaheahe'ehukai Kuailani, Kahiau Y. Kuailani, Darling S. Kuailani,& Kauhiakamalama I. Kuailani.
In addition, Albert is survived by kana hoaaloha manawa lo'ihi, Paulette M. Tau-a; kana mau keiki hanai; Gary Tau-a, Gunther (Vanessa) Tau-a, Davelyn Tau-a, Guy (Jody) Tau-a, Murphy (Jodi) Tau-a. Lastly, kana mau kahu malama, Chita Madariaga and 'Ohana & Desiyree Corpuz and 'Ohana.
Services will be held at Norman's Mortuary, 105 Waiale Road, Wailuku, Maui on Friday, February 18, 2022, at 6-9 p.m. Cremation to follow.
