Alvan Takatani, 63, of Kahului, died on April 29, 2022 at his home under hospice care.
Services will be held at Wailuku Hongwanji Mission on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 10:00 am.
Mr. Takatani was born on May 5, 1958 in Wailuku, Maui. He was the son of Mr. Goro and Mrs. Katherine Takatani.
Alvan is survived by daughter, Isa Takatani; wife, Sonyong Takatani; and brother, Randal Takatani.
He was an electrician. In his spare time, he loved fishing at his favorite spot in Makena, listening to music, and drinking some beers with his friends.
