Betsy Matsumura, 99, of Makawao, died April 04, 2022, at Hale Makua in Kahului.
Mrs. Matsumura retired from First Hawaiian Bank after many years. She enjoyed volunteering at the church and playing hanafuda.
She was predeceased by her husband, Yuwao Matsumura, siblings Kenneth Kato and Laura Sasaki. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that any donations be made to Makawao Hongwanji in Mrs. Matsumura's memory.
Private services were held at Makawao Hongwanji.Nakamura Mortuary assisted with the arrangements.
