Visitation from 9:30-10:15 a.m. Friday (May 13, 2022) at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Wailuku, Maui; Eulogy at 10:15 with a memorial mass to follow at 10:30. Casual attire. Luncheon to follow at the Iao Valley State Park.
Survived by daughters, Saphire Sarmiento of Mountain View, Emrald (Michael) Sarmiento Gainey of Columbia, South Carolina; son, Joshua Sarmiento of Mountain View; granddaughter, Khalessi Rose Gainey of Columbia, South Carolina; hanai daughters, Katelyn Comer of Mountain View, Kayla Comer of Mountain View; fiancee, Kimberlee Rapoza of Mountain View; father, Rolando Sarmiento of Tacoma, Washington; sisters, Paula (Robert) Iiams of Mountain View, Melissa (George) Namauu of Wailuku, Renee (Christopher) Ross of Sulphur Springs, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
