Camel's heart failed in the end. Born and raised in Wisconsin, and born to life after life on Maui.
He is survived by his parents Gerald and Joan (Ulmen) Frankenberg, brother Mike (Shari) Frankenberg, sisters Sandra (Don) O'Dwyer and Francis Frank, brother Kris Frankenberg, niece Katie O'Dwyer.
Camel served in the Navy aboard the USS Ranger during the Gulf War. He will be remembered fondly by his friends - especially Nicole and Natalie. Everyone who knew Camel knew he loved to get a rise out of people, and he did! A character larger than life, Camel is happy to be onto his next adventure.
HOPI Prayer: Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on the ripened grain. I am the gentle Autumn's rain. When you awaken in the morning hush, I am the swift, uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry. I am not there. I did not die.
