Patrick Kiyoshi Fukumoto passed away at Maui Memorial Hospi-tal on November 30, 2022. He is survived by his daughter, Shawna (Ty); brother Gerry (Vera); sisters Janice Hirao and JoAnn Tinfo; 2 nieces, Alyssa, Nicole; and 2 nephews, Ross, Christopher.. He was preceded in death by father, Joseph Philip Fukumoto and mother, Takeo Jean Fukumoto.
Celebration of life to be held on January 4, 2023 at 801 South Street Meeting Room A (Honolulu) at 6:00 PM. Burial to be held at Maui Memorial Park on January 6, 2023 at 12:30 PM. Aloha attire recom-mended. Please no flowers.
