Carol Ann Ouchi of Kahului passed away on January 4, 2023, at Hospice Maui.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Ouchi, and sons, Blain Ouchi and Reid Ouchi and grandson, Mason Ouchi. She is also survived by her brothers Glenn (Tam) Arai and Alan (Carol) Arai and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services were held. The family requests no koden or flowers. The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice Maui for their loving care shown to Carol while she was there. Donations in her memory may be made to Hospice Maui or Kahului Hongwanji Mission.
