George Choji Sakugawa, 87

George was born on March 15, 1936 to the late Ushi and Tsuro Sakugawa.

George had a busy work life in banking and was co-owner of a wholesale business as well as selling real estate.

His hobbies were gardening and playing golf.

George is survived by his wife, Florence Sakugawa;son, Lee(Deneen) Sakugawa; daughter, Shawn (Brian) Sakugawa-Saki; grandson, Christopher (Anneke) Sakugawa; granddaughter, Raimie Saki; great-grandson, Nikko Sakugawa; and pet cat, Koa.

Private services for the family were held on September 14, 2023 to celebrate his life.
