John K. Nakahara, 72

He was a Molokai High Class of ’69 graduate.

John received an honorable discharge from the U.S Navy. He was never married and had no children.

John is preceded in death by his parents, John KK Waipa, Sr., Dorothy (Dottie) Pa and David K Pa III; and siblings, Joan P. Yamashiro, and Thomas Waipa.

He is survived by siblings Maureen Fredrickson, Johnette (Lali) Kaai, Bill Pa Grimes, John (Bubu) Waipa, Davelyn (Loke) Han, Davidette (Hala) Pa-Kala, George Nakahara, Randy Aurio, Guy Aurio, Mel Aurio, and Alison Kupau.

Memorial services will be held on September 22nd, 2023, 11am at The Molokai Veterans Cemetery. Please no flowers. Casual attire.
