John Yutaka Karakawa of Wailuku, Maui, passed away on July 30, 2022. He was preceded by his parents, Ichijiro Karakawa and Koyoshi Okusada Karakawa. He is survived by his brother Shigeru (Carol) Karakawa. Private services have been held. The family re-quest no Koden.
