Jon L. Chang, age 65, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 18, 2023, at his home in Makawao, Maui. He was born February 18, 1958, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Calvin and Harriet Chang. He followed his passion of capturing the essence of each moment and started his own photography business on Maui to memorialize special events. While he was a man of many talents, he truly lived life by appreciating the simple pleasures; ocean activities (surfing, diving & fishing), spending time with family and friends and sharing his passion for cooking. Jon was an amazing father and great friend that always had your best interest at heart. He is survived by his mother, Harriet; two (2) sons, Bryson and Jeremy; three (3) brothers, Eric, Paul and Dave; and nephews, nieces and cousins.
