Elsie Carvalho, 90, passed away surrounded by her family on January 26, 2024. Elsie was born in Paia in 1933. Private services and burial were held on February 2nd. Elsie is predeceased by her husband Manuel, and she is survived by her four children: Sandra, Ralph, Eileen, and Jennifer (Norman).
