Shane Patrick O’Farrell passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at the age of 59 years old. He was born on February 3, 1965 in San Francisco, CA.
He was a bartender at the Grand Wailea Hotel and Avid Cessna Pilot.
He is preceded in death by his Father Patrick O’Farrell, and Brother Guy O’Farrell.
He is survived by: Wife: Cindy Lynn Willing O’Farrell of Lawai, Kauai. Step sons: Jonathan T.Y. Tay of Lawai, Kauai, Railan T.P. Tay of Kahului, Maui. Step Daughter Thersha-D; on L.L. Tay of Lawai, Kauai. Step Grandson Kamden Nakoa Osorno.
Mother: Margaret O’Farrell of Lake County, CA. 2 Brothers: Leo O’Farrell of California, and Conor O’Farrell of Castro Valley, CA. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services to be held on Saturday May 4, 2024, at the Hookipa Beach Park Pavillions, Maui. Visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with Celebration of Life at 12:00 p.m.
Family suggests Casual Attire and flowers are welcome.
