Allen Seichi Idemoto, 83, of Kahului, passed away on June 14, 2024 under the care of Islands Hospice.
Mr. Idemoto was born on March 17, 1941 in Puunene, Maui. He is the son of the late Kanichi and Otowa (Sugahara) Idemoto.
He was a commercial painter.
Allen is survived by his wife, Merle Idemoto; sons, Steven (Cheryl) Idemoto and Scott (Sheri) Idemoto; grandchildren, Jayden Idemoto, Courtney Idemoto, Tayler Idemoto, Callie Idemoto; brother, Robert (Hannah) Idemoto Sr.; sisters, Jane Miyaguchi, Sally Waki, Nancy Dela Cruz, Diana (Warren) Tanaka. He was predeceased by siblings, Richard Idemoto, James Idemoto, Jimmy Idemoto, Hisako Takemoto and Molly Barton.
No services will be held. The family requests no koden.
