Tom moved to Maui from Honolulu at the age of 12, 7th grade. Son of Deacon Joseph Borges of St. Anthony Church. He was a devout Catholic.

He volunteered as an usher at Mass at St Anthony Church.

He is the Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus St Anthony Chapter.

Class of 1978 from St. Anthony High School. Quarterback of the football team. Basketball Captain. Also, a Track and Field athlete. Football was his favorite by far.

Tom was the General Manager of Sugar Beach Resort in Kihei.

He spent his whole life on Maui. When he did leave it would be to Vegas. He loved to play Texas hold'em poker. His father was the first person from Maui to graduate from the University of Notre Dame. So, he was obsessed with Fighting Irish Football.

Services will be held at St. Anthony on Saturday the 28th.

Visitation from 9-11AM. Funeral Mass at 11AM.
