Donna Lee Naomi Vasquez
Donna Lee Naomi Vasquez, 68, of Lahaina, Maui, gained her wings on Friday, January 25, 2025, at the Maui Memorial Hospital surrounded by family, friends, and loved ones, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire and uplift.
Donna Lee was born on September 24, 1956, raised in Lahaina, Maui, she was one of eight children, daughter of John (Small Man) Vasquez Sr. and Angelita (Angie) Vasquez (predeceased).
A woman who lived by her own terms, Donna Lee was the epitome of strength and independence. Her presence was steady, her determination unwavering, and her ability to persevere through life's challenges a testament to her character. Donna Lee nurtured an entire village with the same tenderness, care, and resilience that defined her. A quiet force in her own right, she spoke volumes through her actions and the lasting impact to those around her.
She is survived by her daughter, Kristelle Vasquez, grandson, Jarred Lee (Evalyn), granddaughter, Breanna, grandson, Isaiah (Victoria), and grandson, Hezekiah, great-granddaughters, Honey, and Haelo Leigh, parents, John Vasquez, Sr. and Angelita Vasquez (predeceased), and siblings, John Jr., Patricia (predeceased), Derek, Vernon, Sandra, Gerald, and Charmaine.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at Norman’s Mortuary, Saturday, February 08, 2025, from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. A follow up visitation on Sunday, February 09, 2025 at 9:00 – 11:00am. A burial service will follow at 12:00pm at the Valley Isle Memorial Park in Haiku, Maui.
