Joan Leslie Davenport

Joan Leslie Davenport, who gained her wings on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. Joan was born on May 5, 1960 to Mary and Fortunato “Kinky” Opaon. For 46 years Joan was a hairstylist in Lahaina that worked tirelessly to make all of her clients look and feel their best. Joan is survived by her husband, Brent Davenport, her sisters, Dee (Clifford) Merriles, Val (Earl) Vierra, Pauline (Bill) Stropp and Kris-Ali Klask, her brothers Fonte (Makanani) Catugal and Ricky Catugal as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Joan was predeceased by her parents, her sisters Carol Kekiwi, Patty Catugal, her brothers Dennis Opaon, Chester Opaon, Steven Catugal. She brought such a joy and light into our lives with her kind heart, huge personality and endless generosity. Though her time with us was brief, the depth of love and happiness she shared will forever remain in our hearts.
