Naomi was loved by many, especially her Uncles & Aunties who called her “Manang”. She was a housewife, ran her own fruit stand in Koali, and worked at Hana Kai. She helped so many clean their homes and yards, she also volunteered at the Hui Laulima O Hana thrift store (Hana Macy's) with her favorite Aunty Mata.

Growing up in Hana, from Ulaino to Koali she loved her Hana community and would do anything to help in any way she could. She raised a lot of babies that weren't hers that grew up calling her “MAMA”. She loved to join in on Karaoke, anyone with a mic “WATCH OUT”, loved to dance especially to her most favorite song sang by Homestead Band called “Sha la la – la la!”. She loved to travel to many different places, Tahiti was her favorite place. Naomi had a green thumb, whether it was human, animals, plants you name it, everything that grew around her flourished. She will be greatly missed by many.
