Patricia Regina Marie Nishiyama
Aunty Patty Nishiyama, 79, of Lahaina, passed away on June 4, 2025 at Maui Memorial Medical Center.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Nakamura Mortuary from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
Patty was a mana wahine, and dedicated her life to her family, her Hawaiian community, and Na Kupuna o Maui.
She was a part of the Old Lahaina Luau 'ohana, and also worked in the cafeteria at the Lahainaluna High School.
She is survived by her Husband, Earl James Nishiyama; Sons, Anthony “Tony” Vierra (Karen), Alvin Vierra (Jade), Larmie Nishiyama; Daughter, Raenelle Stewart; Hanai-daughter, Kimi Silva (Jason); Hanai-sons Hanky Peters (predeceased), and Naheana Keahi (predeceased); Brothers, Raymond Abihai (predeceased) (Henrietta), Stanley Abihai (Johanna); Sister, Leilani Amine; 14 Grandchildren, and 9 Great-grandchildren.
