GARY LINCOLN KEOKI NEIZMAN 1966-2025 The world became a little less bright on June 12, 2025, with the passing of Gary Lincoln Keoki Neizman, 59, of Honolulu, Hawaii. He was born on February 12, 1966 in Wailuku, Maui, and is predeceased in death by parents, Benjamin H. "Dutchy, Sonny" Neizman and Gladys Wailani Abihai Neizman, and oldest sister Tracie K. Abihai. Gary was the epitome of hard work and family man.
Gary grew up in Happy Valley and graduated from Baldwin High School, class of 1984. He loved baseball, tennis, and basketball. He took immense pride in being a Father. His sense of humor was one for the books. He laughed, cried, and laughed even more. His smile was infectious. He loved how food brought people together. Gary loved country music and was proud to be Hawaiian.
Gary worked at Maui Seaside Hotel for over 15 years and had relocated to Oahu, where he worked for Foodland Warehouse for the last 10 years.
Despite numerous challenges, Gary never wavered in his love for his family or his commitment to living life fully. He was a devoted husband and married for 39 years to Lolita M. Mendija-Neizman. Above all, Gary's most cherished role was being a proud, and loving Dad to his three children, Michael-Jeremy K. (Rolandrea) Neizman, Brandon-Jaymie K. (Edaline) Mendija-Neizman, and Liane T.K. (Matthew) Mendija-Neizman Jimenez. Gary was honored to be a Papa to 10 beautiful grandchildren. He also leaves behind his loving sisters Geraldine Uilani Neizman and Donnamarie (Alan) Fernandez; as well as many nieces/nephews.
Private Celebration of Life will be held on Maui. Gary's laughter and bear hugs will be remembered by all who knew him. In honor of Gary's life, the family asks that you share a moment of kindness with someone in need.
