Misao Fay
Misao Fay, 93, passed away peacefully on July 9th, 2025. Misao was born on May 5th, 1932 in Kagoshima, Japan. She moved from New York to Lahaina, Maui in 1982 where she worked at The Bakery in Lahaina until she retired.
She enjoyed her time traveling to her hometown in Japan, walking, watching sumo, cooking for her family and most of all, spending time with her grandkids. Misao was predeceased by her youngest daughter, Margaret Fay. She is survived by her daughters Ann (Jesse) Neizman, Julia (Alan) Harris, Monica (Allen) Smith and her six grandchildren Emme, Will, Jake, Cory, Davis and Casey.
Her family would like to recognize the staff at Hale Makua Kahului for their compassionate care.
