Thomas Torao Tanaka “Tanaka”, 87, Wailuku, Maui passed away peacefully on January 9, 2026 at Maui Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 13, 1938, in Wailuku, Maui to Ralph and Dorothy Tanaka. He had three brothers, Richard, Jerry, Gilbert, one sister Joyce and a nephew, James. Service will be held on February 1, 2026 at Paia Mantokuji Soto Mission at 2:00 pm, visiting at 1:00 pm. No flowers.
