A Celebration of Life honoring Jon Itsuo Shimabuku will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Shives Funeral Home, 7600 Trenholm Road Extension, Columbia, SC. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
