Donald Hiromitsu Yanagihara, 79

Sept. 23, 1943 – Dec. 10, 2022. Eldest son of Mieko (Elsie) and Raymond Hiroyuki Yanagihara, born in Hilo, Hawaii. Beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend peacefully passed in Kahakuloa, Maui. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, March 25th at 11 a.m. at Rainbow Bay Marina, Pavilions B and C, 57 Arizona Memorial Drive in Honolulu. He is survived by his daughters, Shannon Teves (Steve) and Nicole Yanagihara; siblings Arlene Yoshizumi (Roy), Amy Tahara, Marsha Tanaka, and Cy Yanagihara; and three grandchildren.

Mr. Hisashi Horiuchi, of Hilo, Hawaii, died January 30, 2023 in the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home in Hilo.
