Joyce Michiko Nakao, 70, of Kahului, Maui passed away peacefully on July 21, 2021. Joyce was born on July 9, 1951 to Mr. Mitsuyoshi and Mrs. Hisayo (Miyamura) Nakao in Pu’unene, Maui. She was a talented seamstress working for Ikeda’s in Paia, Fabric Mart and Kaneshige Jewelers. Her hobbies included sewing, shopping, walking for exercise and working in the yard tending to flowers, plants and fruit trees.
